If all products purchased from this website are unopened and unused, cus- tomers can apply for an unconditional return or exchange within fifteen days from the arrival of the order to the customer.

To maintain all secondary sales, the customer must return all products for which they are requesting a refund or replacement, the returned products must remain in their original factory appearance, including but not limited to the original packaging, all accessories, instructions, gifts , etc., and all returned products must be intact  without wear, stains or other forms of damage to the returned item  before they can be included in the return and exchange category.

We understand that your time is valuable. That being said we will complete the preliminary audit and review of all received returned items within 24 hours of receiving the returned items. Depending on the specific reasons for the return of any purchased items or products, such as defects in the quality of the product or item,  PRODIGY OUTFITTERS OF NEW YORK  will bear all logistic and shipping cost. For returns without issues of defects in the quality of any item or product the customer shall bear all shipping and logistic cost for the return of the item(s) or product(s). 

Once the returned product is inspected and found to be correct. PRODIGY OUTFITTERS OF NEW YORK  will start the refund process within three working days after confirmation to ensure that the  funds are returned to the original payment channel promptly and transparently.
